Comfortable villa on the Costa Blanca

Villa Pendulo is a haven of peace and tranquillity situated two kilometres from the coast. This holiday home is run by the Dutch Slinger family. The villa is suited for eight persons and provides all conveniences. The four double bedrooms and three bathrooms are situated on two floors. There are three terraces, two connected to the house and one in the pool area.

The Costa Blanca is popular with sunbathers because of its high amount of sun hours and pleasant temperatures around the whole year. In the hilly and green area around Benissa there are many opportunities for walking and enjoying the beach life the Costa Blanca has to offer. The villages of Benissa and Moraira are worth while visiting: there are plenty historical buildings, wonderful shops, bars and restaurants. Moraira also has a beautiful boulevard and a great yacht harbour.
